"We actually did our driveway as a combined job with JAR. Our neighbours found Justin and his crew and Justin quoted both jobs giving us a bit of a discount. They had great quality of work with a HUGE amount of rebar and great quality of concrete. They said the job would start on a Monday and they did start the neighbour’s job on that day, then ours on the Tuesday. Our job was simpler so they actually finished our pour on the Friday that same week. The neighbour’s job was quite complex and Justin communicated difficulties with the job, asking for feedback and accepting feedback on a continuous basis. We were very pleased with the product at the end and feel we got our money’s worth out of the job. When payment came, Justin wanted to know what made us choose his company. We shared our pluses but also shared that it was difficult to get a hold of him to ask questions. He accepted the feedback positively."
